Please keep in mind when placing your order that all of our
products are custom-made just for you. Since at this time we do not
offer fragrance oil samples, we highly recommend that you start with
a 1oz. bottle to sample the product and/or fragrance of your choice.
We will only accept returns based on damage during shipping or if
there is an error in filling your order. Please contact us for a return
authorization before returning any products to us. We will only provide
an exchange for damaged or incorrect products.
Some of the fragrance oils we carry can and may discolor
the products. We have a recipe for blending the fragrance into the
product but there may be variations in fragrance intensity from time
to time. The fragrance may change once applied to the skin. All of
our body chemistries are different and once the fragrance comes in
contact with the skin it may interact, causing the fragrance to smell
slightly different. Fragrances also have different notes, so the fragrance
can change as it dries on the skin.
